SRA: sequencing metadata submit to SRA Curator

SRA: Transfer sequence files to the protected SRA account
An SRA Curator will assist with your file upload once your sequencing metadata spreadsheet has been completed and returned.
Upload the data files to only the upload account provided after completing the metadata spreadsheet.

- Generate an ssh key-pair.
- Provide the public key file (for example, *.pub) to NCBI.
- Use
ascpto transfer files.
Submitters must use the command-line program ascp from Aspera to transmit of data files.が必要となる。 ascpはAspera Connectに同梱されており、こちらのダウンロードページより入手可能です。

Aspera key pairs
Submitters will need to generate key pairs to use the Aspera upload account (see instructions below for creating a key pair on different operation systems).

Linux/Unix および OS X
Linux/Unix および OS X ユーザーは、コマンドラインの ssh-keygen ユーティリティを使用することができます。

Asperaコマンドラインの使用
鍵が追加され、アクセスが許可されたら、ascp経由でファイルをアップロードすることができます。

保護転送では -T オプションを設定しないでください。
Confirm data receipt
すべてのファイルとメタデータのアップロード後、SRA Curator に dbGAP 提出時の SRA 部分について完了しているか確認をしてください。 キュレーターは、読み込まれたファイルのレポートを提供することができます。 また、dbGaP ウェブサイトで提供されるサンプル別の夜間レポートもあります。 下記のアドレスのアクセッションphs000000をご自分の研究に置き換えて、レポートをご覧ください。 XML形式のレポートの場合は、rettype=htmlをrettype=xmlに変更してください。
